Unleashed: Unleashed is a group setting with an individual approach to your young athletes performance.  Each class is designed to target your athlete’s individual weakness in a fast paced, high intensity setting.  As a group, all athletes in the class will be put through a circuit using specific functional, power, and agility based exercises to improve and prepare the young athlete to succeed in whatever activity they participate!

Overtime: For the adult athlete population, wanting to stay in shape, love the competitive mindset of working out and being pushed by a group of athlete going towards the same goal. Come in before work, lunch break, or after work to put in a little overtime with P3 crew.

This is our Trinity P3 Schedule as of March 1st, 2016. We will be holding classes at the assigned times for the assigned age groups. Please feel free to call or email with questions regarding the classes or becoming a P3 Member!

*Individual Sessions will be One on One with a Performance Coach and will be made to fit your schedule. A personal workout plan will be made around your goals, including a full nutrition plan.

 

ATTENTION:

Please print and fill out these two YMCA forms before arriving for a class or individual sessions. These will need to be signed by a parent/guardian if the individual is under the age of 18.
